Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for store credit only under the following conditions:
Unworn and Unused Items: The item must be in its original, unworn, and unused condition.
Tags and Hygienic Protections: All original tags must remain attached, and the hygienic protection must not be removed. For hygiene reasons, swimwear cannot be accepted if the hygienic protection is missing or removed.
Timeframe: You must notify us of your intent to return the item within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned to us within 31 days from the date of delivery.
Important Notes
No Refunds: We do not offer refunds. Approved returns will receive a store credit equivalent to the purchase price of the item, excluding any shipping costs.
Hygiene Considerations: To maintain the highest standards of hygiene, we are unable to accept returns for swimwear if it has been worn, used, or had its hygienic protection removed.
Faulty Items: If an item is deemed faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a replacement or store credit as per New Zealand Consumer Law.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us: Email our support team at admin@bayanna.store with your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back to us.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Non-Returnable Items
Any swimwear with tags removed or hygienic protection removed.
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or use.
